• Our items are primarily pre-owned, vintage, or collectible Longaberger products unless otherwise noted.
   
• All items are sold as described. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos.
   
• Since many items are handmade, natural variations in wood, weave, or finish may occur.

• All orders must be placed by texting 207-756-0649.
   
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
   
• Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept cash, most major credit cards, venmo, paypal.
• Orders can be held for up to 30 days and require a 25% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled within 15 days the deposit can be used as a store credit for up to 3 months from time of initial orded being placed.

• We ship worldwide.
   
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
   
• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping carrier.

• Due to the collectible and secondhand nature of our items, all sales are final unless the item was misrepresented in the description.
   
• If you believe an item was damaged in shipping or misdescribed, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos and details.
   
• Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense in original condition.

• We are not liable for any damages, loss of use, or incidental expenses arising from the use or purchase of items sold on this website.
   
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).
